My heart was sadden over your loss and I wanted to give my warmest condolences to the family. To lose a loved one can bring such overwhelming grief but the God of all comfort tells us at 2 Kings 20:5 he sees our tears and he feels our pain. At jw.org we can read in the Bible John 5:28,29 that not only does God care but he remove all the suffering he sees and gives assurance that you will have Tammy in your life once again. May all the sweet memories you have give you calm and peace to help you through the dark moments until God’s promises come true. Again so very sorry for your heartache.

So sorry to hear about Tammy. She grew up with my daughter and she lived down the street from us. There was always a bunch of kids In and around my house and Tammy was there in the midst of them. We Loved her very much. Nancy and Allen Hardwick

Tam was one of my very first friends when my family moved into her neighborhood in August of 1969. We remained great friends right through high school at Pebblebrook. We were friends who drank Tab together when the awful disease of diabetes came along. I had not seen her the last few years but we kept in contact by texting, birthday cards and Christmas cards. She never forgot my birthday. I could always count on her to send a funny one. That was her style. I had just been texting with her on Tuesday while she was at work. I just couldn't believe when my sisters called me with the terrible news on Wednesday. We had been walking down memory lane together by text just the day before. Tam LOVED to laugh! It was my favorite thing about her. Those of you who knew her know that her funny laugh could be infectious. Childhood memories have come flooding back to me this week. Memories of us sitting in the grass in the summer looking for four leaf clovers listening to my transistor radio waiting for our favorite song to play. Walking to the bus stop together after stopping by Rebel's for a quick snack or just a pack of gum. Sleepovers. Countless sleepovers. More at her house than mine. As I was the oldest and had three younger siblings and she was the youngest and by this time Deb and Gary were out doing their own thing. Swinging on the tree swing at Scott and Priss's house. The trips to Panama City with Nancy and Luther where we stayed at Inn Paradise ate snapper fingers and walked the beach. Or just something as simple as walking around the block together. I remember her love of animals. One summer we found a dog. Took care of her in Scott and Priss's backyard together. All three of us. She also loved her little black poodle Snoopy. I loved to watch her sit on her bed and pick fleas off of him. LOL. She was a good friend and I will miss her.

Nancy, Deb and Gary I wish I could be there today and give you all a big hug. But as it is, I will certainly be there when you have Tam's Celebration of Life. Because her life should be celebrated. Love to you all. Love you Tammy Lynn Goswick.
